Learn our heritage
As of March 10, work continues to move forward at 60 Caledon Avenue. New on-site photos show visible progress as VPCH's largest current development advances toward 261 mixed-income homes, inclusive design features, shared community space, and occupancy targeted for 2027.

Construction is underway on VPCH's largest development ever. The Caledon Community Collaborative will deliver 261 mixed-income units — 57% offered below market rent through the 70% AMR and 100% AMR programs — alongside 26% accessible units and community greenspace.
