Coordinating waitlists, eligibility screening, and move-ins to match residents with the right homes across our portfolio.

Property Management & Maintenance
Day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, capital planning, and ensuring safe, well-maintained communities for all residents.

Administration & Finance
Financial management, regulatory compliance, rent administration, and corporate governance to sustain affordable housing long-term.
