All vehicles parked on VPCH property must be registered. Unregistered vehicles may be towed.
Complete the Pet Registration form and submit to your Property Manager. You are responsible for any pet damage.
Reasonable accommodation for residents with disabilities or special needs, reviewed per the Ontario Human Rights Code.
Request a review of certain decisions affecting your tenancy through VPCH's established procedures.
If household size no longer matches unit size, VPCH works with you to find an appropriately sized unit.
Contact your Property Manager or our head office. We're here to help.
Apply to relocate to another VPCH property. Subject to availability and eligibility.
Provide written notice per the Residential Tenancies Act. You can cancel a notice if needed.
Request to add someone to your household. Choose whether they are joining as a leaseholder or an occupant, then submit the form to your Property Manager.
