Construction activity at 60 Caledon Avenue continues to move forward, and the latest March 10 photo set gives a clearer look at current on-site progress.

As VPCH's largest current development, the Caledon Community Collaborative remains focused on delivering 261 mixed-income homes in Hamilton — combining true-market units with below-market tiers at 70% and 100% of Area Median Rent — alongside accessible units, community space, and a long-term sustainability agenda built into the project from the start.
