Rental assistance or Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) housing are all terms for affordable housing where a portion of the rent is subsidized. Victoria Park does not directly provide rental assistance, instead we work with our municipal government partners to provide this form of housing.
To apply for affordable housing, you need to apply through the municipality where you are looking for housing. Below you will find links to each Municipality’s website which identifies how you apply for housing with rental assistance:
Once you complete the application through your Municipality, and your name comes to the top of the waiting list, our staff will contact you to offer a unit.
Please be patient as demand for RGI housing is high and waiting lists are long so the wait may be years.
