Unit Entry Policy

To keep everyone safe and healthy, and to limit the spread of COVID-19, we have developed the Unit Entry Policy required for staff and contractors for entering your unit during the pandemic.

How the Province’s Roadmap to Reopen Reflect Our Services in Your Region

Effective July 16, 2021, we will follow the measures of the Ontario COVID-19 Roadmap to Reopen Plan (Step 3).

Step 1 – 60% Adults with one dose (as determined by the Province)

Step 2 – 70% Adults with one dose & 20 % fully vaccinated (as determined by the Province)

Step 3 – 70 – 80 % Adults with one dose & 25 % fully vaccinated (as determined by the Province)

The re-opening plan is the same across all phases except if there is a closure due to a Provincial Stay-at-Home Order (or lockdown/shutdown), or a locally declared outbreak (by Public Health).
