In order to apply for housing, please fill out the Market Application for Family Accommodation form. Once the form is completed, send it to Victoria Park where it will be processed accordingly.

In order to find out whether you are eligible for a subsidy, you must contact the approriate housing division and fill out the necessary form(s).

Rent is due on or before the 1st of every month.

Your rent is usually 30% of your total household income.

As a normal business practice, Victoria Park conducts a credit check on all potential tenants. If you owe money to a landlord for rent or damages, you will not be offered accommodations.

This is your income prior to any deductions, including taxes.

In some cases, all utilities are included while others, you are responsible for payment of utilities.

Victoria Park has a pet policy in place. We recognize that pets are part of your family, however you are required to register your pets with our office.

Cash can only be paid at our head office (155 Queen St. N., Hamilton). Otherwise, you can pay via debit, pre-authorized payment or cheque.

Call your property manager immediately to advise us of your situation.

We require 60 days written notice to terminate your tenancy. This notice must be received either at the end of the month or within the first few working days.
