Main Office Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 am, Monday through Friday.

If you have emergency maintenance repairs and you cannot contact your on-site Resident Manager, call 905 527-0221. For areas outside of Hamilton, call 1-866-780-7275. We are on-call, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

The office is closed on Statutory Holidays including the Civic holiday of Monday, August 4th, 2014.

DECEMBER 2014 AND JANUARY 2015 HOLIDAY HOURS:
The office will be closed at 12 noon on Wednesday, December 24th, 2014.
It will be closed ALL DAY Thursday, December 25th (Christmas Day) and Friday, December 26th (Boxing Day).
It will re-open on Monday, December 29th, 2014.
It will be closed at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31st, 2014 and will not re-open until Monday, January 5th, 2015.
