Main Office Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 am, Monday through Friday.

If you have emergency maintenance repairs and you cannot contact your on-site Resident Manager, call 905 527-0221. For areas outside of Hamilton, call 1-866-780-7275. We are on-call, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

The office is closed on Statutory Holidays including the Civic holiday of Monday, August 4th, 2014.

2014 Summer Office Hours (Friday, June 27th, 2014 to Friday, August 29th, 2014):
8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday; 8:30 am to 1 pm on Friday.

HOLIDAY HOURS: The office will be closed on Wednesday, December 24th, 2014, Thursday, December 25th (Christmas Day) and Friday, December 26th (Boxing Day). It will re-open on Monday, December 29th, 2014.
